This years theme sets the stage with the “world” celebrating the ability to get back to “Dancing”. We have been through a lot and we want to have our theme signify the qualities of Spring through exciting dance.

2022 Annual Recital Yearbook cover is perfect for our theme:
~ DAG Yearbook: This past season 2020/2021 we introduced this exciting opportunity to our families and students here at DAG and it was a HIT!!! So of course we had to continue with this wonderful and fun keepsake idea. The format of this year’s Yearbook will be very similar to last year with individual students’ pictures, full classes photos, Recital Program, blank pages for autographs, and ADS!!! The cost is $25 from now through April 16th and from there on will be $30. We will have order forms at the front desk, attached to this email as well as forms being sent home with the students.
~ DAG Yearbook ADS: Another HUGE opportunity for businesses and families is to place an AD in our Yearbook. Attached to this email will be the Ad Order Form for the Yearbook with all details and information listed. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to us in the office as this is a time-sensitive matter! Ads will be due to the front office by March 14th in order for a timely delivery back to us. **Families of graduating Seniors…this would be a FANTASTIC opportunity to highlight your not so little, little one!!!:)**

~ Senior Pictures: To our graduating Seniors, we need you to start to compile pictures from you as a baby until now for the Senior Slideshow at the end of your Recital. Please send them to [email protected]. We also need to get a date set for Senior Interviews and Senior group pictures. Please be on the lookout for dates in the near future.
~ Recital Costume Picture Week: The week of April 11-16th will be Picture Week for ALL students. The majority of the Recital Costumes will be in by then and we NEED to have ALL students plan to attend this week as this will be when their Individual and Class photos will be taken for the Yearbook. If you know ahead of time that you will NOT be able to attend, please let us know so we can get their Individual photo taken prior to this date.
~ DAG Annual Recital: The Annual Recital this year will be held from May 14th & 15th. We are in the process of finalizing the Program Order and this will allow you to know which show your child/children are performing in. Once we have finalized the order for each show, you will then be able to purchase your tickets accordingly.
As we did last year, each student will be allotted a MAX of 4 tickets. This number ensures that all students will be able to have their supporters in the audience. Tickets are $12 and will be available for purchase through Sign Up Genius. Tickets will go on sale Tuesday, March 15th. Tickets are reserved on a first come first serve basis. The sooner you reserve your tickets the better chance you have of getting your ideal seats. If you have a child/children performing in more than 1 show: Tickets for the first show are $12 and tickets for the second show are $10.
Graduating Seniors will be performing their Senior Solos throughout shows 2-5 and will be allotted 2 tickets at no charge for those performances.
~ Recital DVD’s & Extra T-shirts: As always, DAG will be videoing each and every Recital Show. DVDs will be available for purchase for $25. Be on the lookout for an email with the DVD order form attached as well as a hard copy sent home with your child. Each student will received an Annual Recital t-shirt free, extra’s are availble for $15. CXS-AXXL.
