Robyn Langlais Maggio is DanceArts Greenville’s intermediate and advanced level tap teacher. She also leads our adult division and teaches Adult tap and jazz. She taught here from 2000-2007 (left to focus on family after losing her dad) and returned in 2015. She is so happy to be at DAG to help grow our students and work with our adults!!!

Robyn started dancing at the age of four and was fortunate to learn from Marion Feinstein at Miss Marion’s in Spartanburg. She continued her dance education in New York City, studying under Frank Hatchett & Sheila Barker (Jazz), Debbie Dee, Phil Black, Germaine Salsberg, Charles Goddertz and Germaine Goodson (Tap). She has dance teaching certifications by both Dance Educators of America and Dance Masters of America.  She served as the President of the Southern Council of Dance Masters here in South Carolina.  She had taught at dance conventions and judged dance competitions across the southeast. She performed in CBT’s The Jungle Book as our beloved tap dancing Baloo and is the tap choreographer for CBT.

She is the Director of the Project Management Office in Information Technology at Fluor.  She has been married for over 30 years to her best friend, Rich Maggio. She loves our DanceArts family!
