Hello DAG Families,
Ready or not, the time is here for all things End of the Year!!!! It truly is hard to believe we are already at this point in the new year. With that being said, this email will contain some information on the upcoming events here at DAG. Please make sure to read the email in its entirety and as always, reach out with questions or concerns!!
This Week:
~ Recital Yearbook order forms are going home, but will also be attached to this email. Purchase your copy early for $25. The yearbook includes all DAG students individual headshots, group recital photo, program, DAYCO pictures, autograph page and all the beautiful ads that families have put in!! These make wonderful little keepsakes for your dancer!!
~ Recital Yearbook Ad forms going home, but will also be attached to this email. This is a great way to advertise for your business or anyone you know who would be interested in advertising. This is also a great way to put in a special message/picture for your dancer! Ads are due by April 24th. For my graduating Senior families, this would be a WONDERFUL idea!!
~ Recital posters with costumes will be up in the hallway over Spring Break. Please stop by when we return and take a look!!
~ This week and the week we return from Spring Break, we will be trying on Recital costumes!! Fun Times!!
Recital Picture Week: April 13 – 18.
An email with the picture week schedule will be coming out soon, be on the lookout!
** Dress Rehearsals for Ballet 5A and up.**
~ Thursday, May 14th Ballet 5A (during scheduled class time)
~ Friday, May 15th Ballet 6A and Ballet 7 (5:00 – 8:30pm)
~ Saturday, May 16th Ballet 6B (5:30 – 7:30pm)
Recital Tickets:
Tickets for each show will vary based the number of dancers in each performance. There will be another email to go out about “ALL THINGS RECITAL” and in that email will be the information for tickets. You will sign up for your allotted amount of tickets through SignUp Genius. Tickets are $20 each and are General Admission. If you are attending more than one show due to your dancer being in multiple, the second show tickets will be $17 each and the third show $15 each.
We are extremely excited to be working so hard with the dancers and can not wait to show you the final product! This was a lot of information and I hope this will help you get your calendars organized. But as always, please do not hesitate to reach out, I will get you taken care of!!
