Aubrey Houle
Originally from Apex, NC, she began her training at Infinity Ballet. In May 2023, she graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance Performance and Choreography. Aubrey is Greenville County School District’s ARMES central site Dance Instructor and DanceArts Greenville’s DAYCo Instructor. In addition, she is an apprentice for North Carolina-based dance company OM Grown Dancers. Aubrey is on our DanceArts Youth Company faculty
Jeston Strickland, Instructor
Jeston Strickland is a passionate dance educator and choreographer with over 20 years of experience in Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Hip-Hop, and more. She specializes in K–12 dance education and is committed to creating inclusive, engaging spaces where students can grow both technically and artistically.

Marja Quaqua – Instructor
Marja' was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina, where her passion for dancing began at the age of 3. She through the years has achieved recognition at the prestigious ballet competition, Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP), ranking in the Top 12 and Top 3 in the semi-finals for both ballet and contemporary categories in 2015. This success led her to compete in subsequent years, culminating in a Top 12 placement in 2023 among 38 countries in the trio category. Mikayla Morrison – Office Assistant
Mikayla Morrison is a native of Greenville, SC. She is 16 years old and will be going into her Junior year at Greenville Technical Charter High School. She began dancing at the age of 5, and this marks her 8th season with DAG. As a member of the DAYCO program, Mikayla has competed in the Youth American Grand Prix and Grand Jete. She has also been part of the Carolina Ballet Theater’s Community Cast for 6 seasons, performing roles such as Ghost in Hernan Justo’s “Ghosts” and Hairband, also choreographed by Hernan Justo.

Aimee LaRue – Office Assistant
Aimee LaRue is from Greenville, South Carolina, where she grew up dancing at Carolina Ballet Theatre under the direction of Hernan Justo and Anita Pacylowski-Justo. She received additional training from Barbara English and studied ballet, jazz, lyrical, and modern. Aimee joined the South Carolina Governor’s School for the Arts and Humanities in 2018 to continue her dance training.
